Men's Ice Hockey Adds Pair of Standouts to 2019-20 Class

HAMMOND, Ind. – Purdue University Northwest Head Ice Hockey Coach Kevin Cole added a pair of standouts to his 2019-20 team with the additions of Cole Bocock and Brandon Prodoehl.

Bocock and Prodoehl each played for the Munster High School hockey team together just a few seasons ago.

Coach Cole on Cole Bocock:

“I’m happy to have Cole come to PNW. I have coached him for the past year and looking forward to continuing his success this season.”

Bocock recorded 4 goals and 19 assists to lead freshman in points last season en route to a Rookie of the Year accolade.

Coach Cole on Brandon Prodoehl:

“It’s great to get Brandon’s commitment. I’ve seen him over the past few seasons and he will be a great addition to the PNW program.”

Prodoehl had 46 goals and 30 assists totaling 76 points in 37 games for the Mustangs.

The Pride are set to begin its first season as an ACHA Div. II affiliate member in the fall.
