HAMMOND, Ind. & WESTVILLE, Ind. - The Purdue University Northwest Athletics Department has surpassed its highest semester grade-point average with the Spring 2019 academic report. The Pride posted a new benchmark semester grade-point average of 3.30.

The Pride had many student-athletes across five spring teams (baseball, men’s and women’s golf, men’s tennis and softball) named to either the All-Academic or All-Academic Excellence Team.

Purdue Northwest Approved for Final Year of NCAA II Membership Process
Purdue University Northwest moved closer to completing the NCAA Division II membership process after the NCAA approved advancing the Pride into its third and final provisional year.
Purdue Northwest received notification from the NCAA Division II Membership Committee that the program successfully completed candidacy year two in 2017-18 and was recommended to advance to candidacy year three. #RoarPride
