The Purdue Northwest Fitness & Recreation Center is home to the Pride volleyball and men’s and women’s basketball teams. The Fitness & Rec Center also houses coaches offices, the Graegin Academic Excellence Center, the Community Hospital Training Room, the Lalaeff Fischer Golf Center, two racquetball courts, locker rooms and a running track.
The Fitness and Recreation Center is located at 2300 173rd Street, Hammond, Ind.
From the East: Heading west on I-80 W/I-94 W, take Exit 3 toward N. Kennedy Ave and keep right. Merge onto N. Kennedy Ave and make a left at the first light onto 173rd Street. Cross the railroad tracks and make a left at the first light into the Fitness and Recreation Center parking lot.
From the West: Heading east on I-80 E/I-94 E, take Exit 2 toward IN-152/Indianapolis Blvd and keep left at the fork to stay North. Merge onto Indianapolis Blvd and follow for 1/4 mile. Make a right at the second light to turn onto 173rd Street. Continue for 1/4 mile and make a right at the first light into the Fitness and Recreation Center parking lot.
Parking is free for all Purdue University Northwest athletic events and is located directly next to the Fitness and Recreation Center entrance. Fans attending Pride sporting events are encouraged to use the North entrance of the FRC, located closest to 173rd Street.
Tickets for Pride men's and women's basketball and volleyball contests can be purchased at the door. Prices for all events are $6 for adults (ages 18 ad up) and $4 for children (ages 4-17). Children ages 3 and under and Purdue Northwest students with valid ID are free.

Concessions are available at all Purdue Northwest men's and women's basketball and volleyball home contests. The concession stand is located in the south hallway and features popcorn, pizza, hotdogs, candy, soda and water. Cash only.
Handicap accessible restrooms are located steps from the gymnasium in the Fitness and Recreation Center's north hallway.
Media members are asked to contact Sports Information Director Jon Newcomb at email@example.com at least a day in advance of the home game they plan to attend. Media seating is available to the left or of the scorer's table or behind press row on the bleachers. Wireless internet is available and does not require a password. Stat sheets will be available for each contest.
The university’s Fitness and Rec Center, under the direction of Tabitha Stills, is also housed in the building. The Fitness Center is a comprehensive, multi-dimensional physical fitness training facility designed to service Purdue Northwest students, faculty, staff and people from the surrounding communities.
