PNW Student-Athletes Shine Academically For Spring Semester

HAMMOND, Ind. & WESTVILLE, Ind. – The Purdue Northwest student-athletes shined in the classroom again with the recent release of the 2018 Spring Semester Academic report. Over 200 student-athletes combined to average a collective grade point average (GPA) of 3.21.

WESTVILLE, Ind. - The Purdue University Northwest Athletics Department recently held its second annual Leo Awards to honor and celebrate the athletic and academic achievements of its student-athletes and teams from the 2017-18 academic year. The ceremony was held in the Great Hall at the James B. Dworkin Student Services and Activities Complex in Westville, Ind.


Purdue Northwest Athletics Achieves Academic Excellence

HAMMOND & WESTVILLE, Ind. – For the third straight semester, the Purdue University Northwest Athletics Department has surpassed its collective grade-point average when the Fall 2017 academic report was recently released. With over 200 PNW student-athletes contributing, the Pride posted a new benchmark semester grade-point average of 3.28.


Northwestern Mutual Honors PNW's Coy As Scholar-Athlete of the Game

Truty Named Head Coach of Purdue Northwest Women’s Soccer

HAMMOND, Ind. & WESTVILLE, Ind. – Purdue Northwest Athletics announced Friday the hiring of Jake Truty as the university’s new women’s soccer head coach. Truty joins the Pride after a long stint at Robert Morris University in Chicago where he served as the men’s soccer head coach from 2007-2016 as well as an assistant coach for the RMU women’s soccer team from 2001-06.

GLIAC Honors 50 PNW Student-Athletes for Academic Success
